We’re a thriving Vacation Rental Management company growing along the beautiful beaches of Alabama and the Florida Gulf Coast — and we’re looking for a friendly, energetic Reservation & Guest Services Associate to join our team. Earn and Grow:
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
Pay: $20 per hour, with additional income opportunities through reservation incentives/commissions

What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist guests, owners, vendors, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Answer phones, emails, and guest inquiries clearly, promptly, and courteously
- Assist guests with booking vacation rentals by answering questions, providing property details, and helping match them with the right property for their stay
- Process, modify, and review reservations accurately in company systems
- Support guests with arrival instructions, door codes, parking passes, required documents, payments, and other essential details
- Manage inquiries and requests efficiently, ensuring a smooth and pleasant guest experience
- Work closely with the Reservation, Guest Services, Property Care, and Operations teams to resolve guest needs efficiently
- Maintain a clean, welcoming reception and work space that reflects our commitment to service excellence
- Use company software and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, to look up information and respond accurately
- Handle multiple priorities with attention to detail and a positive attitude
Qualifications
- 1+ year in customer service, front desk, reservations, and/or property management experience; hospitality experience preferred
- Polished written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with computers and able to learn new systems quickly
- Reliable, punctual, professionally presented, and prepared to begin each day with a positive, service-focused attitude
- Stable work history
- Must complete brief pre-employment surveys and pass a background check and drug test
- Must provide professional references
